Sean O'Neal is chief executive of TigerConnect, which carries clinical messages and schedules so a nurse can reach the right clinician without a phone tree.
Becoming CEO of TigerConnect
On May 1, 2025, TigerConnect appointed him chief executive. Brad Brooks, a co-founder, moved from that job to executive chairman. O'Neal had been chief product officer at Sinch, where he led global product strategy, delivery, and operations.
Before Sinch he held senior roles at Onclusive, Adaptly, and Vizu. Those companies were acquired by Symphony Technology Group, Accenture, and Nielsen. He has spent more than 30 years scaling technology businesses, and at TigerConnect he is responsible for a communications platform used across a health system.
