Meditology Services, based in Atlanta, Georgia, is a consulting firm that works only on healthcare cybersecurity, privacy, and compliance.

Cliff Baker founded it in 2010. He had started PwC's first dedicated healthcare security practice and was lead architect of the HITRUST framework, the security standard many health systems and their vendors are certified against.

The firm works with hospitals, health plans, and companies that sell to them.

Its work includes HIPAA security risk assessments, HITRUST readiness and assessments, security testing, cloud security reviews, privacy programs, vendor risk reviews, and part-time security chief and staff support. It ties this work to the compliance frameworks and reporting the client uses now.

KLAS named Meditology Best in KLAS for cybersecurity advisory services in 2019 and 2020.

Nadia Fahim-Koster, a former hospital chief information security officer who had been with the firm for more than 12 years, became chief executive in September 2025.

In November 2025 Meditology bought CORL Technologies, which reviews the security of a health system's vendors. It now sells that work as a managed service.

Compare Clearwater when a provider wants risk software and compliance services from one firm. Censinet fits when vendor risk should run on a software platform shared with suppliers.

Fortified Health Security fits when the need is managed security monitoring. Cyber Salus fits a smaller organization that wants managed security for medical devices and clinical systems.
