The SpinSci Acquisition
In July 2026 SpinSci, which makes AI voice agents for patient access, acquired Dialog Health. Dialog kept its operational hub in Franklin. "Joining SpinSci allows us to expand that impact by combining our proven engagement capabilities with advanced AI solutions for patient access," he said.
