Rob Rebak is chief executive of Calibrate, a weight-management program that pairs medication with coaching and that employers and health plans offer to their members.
Running Digital Health Companies
He earned a bachelor of arts in history and economics from Vanderbilt University and an MBA in finance and marketing from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. He held commercial and leadership roles at Pfizer, Merck, and Bristol-Myers Squibb. He was later chairman and chief executive of QualityHealth, a digital patient-engagement platform acquired by Sharecare, and president and chief executive of AbleTo, a behavioral telehealth company acquired by Optum. As of 2021 he led Forefront Telecare, virtual behavioral health for older adults in hospitals, long-term care, and home health.
On May 20, 2025 he became chief executive of Calibrate. He also sits on the board of Ontrak and is a director of The Quell Foundation.
