Starting Cool Blue VA
In his clinic he began using remote assistants, and the practice could see more patients without overloading its staff. That became the model for Cool Blue VA, whose assistants are HIPAA certified and work inside the record the clinic uses. "We started Cool Blue VA because we lived the problem," he said.
