Andrew Zengilowski
Co-founder and CEO
CoachCare
Andrew Zengilowski is co-founder and chief executive of CoachCare, a company based in New York City, New York, that runs remote patient monitoring and chronic care management programs for medical practices. He is a founding member of the Remote Monitoring Leadership Council, a group of seven remote monitoring companies.
Banking and Investing
He began his career in investment banking at J.P. Morgan, then joined the investment teams at Catterton Partners and Catalyst Health Ventures and led mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships at HelloWorld, an agency that ran online promotions for brands. Before CoachCare he spent most of a year helping two candy manufacturers merge, and he has said he wanted his next work to do more good.
Founding CoachCare
He co-founded CoachCare in 2014 with Wes Haydon and Eric Di Bari. It first helped physicians support patients changing their diet and taking their medications, using connected scales and video counseling, and grew to ship more than 20 monitoring devices, including cellular blood pressure cuffs for patients without home internet. CoachCare has made nine acquisitions, the largest MD Revolution in June 2025.
Testimony in Congress
In June 2025 he testified before the health subcommittee of the House Ways and Means Committee. He argued that Medicare payment for remote monitoring does not cover software, connectivity, and security costs, and that cuts hurt small and rural practices most.
