Alicia Harkness is chief executive of Nordic. Nordic is a health technology consulting firm. Hospitals and health systems hire its consultants to implement electronic health record systems, including Epic and Oracle Health, and to support their clinicians and administrators after the switch.
From Lehigh to Consulting Partner
She earned a bachelor of science in business management from Lehigh University and later attended an executive education program at INSEAD. She went on to be a partner at KPMG Peat Marwick, a vice president at BearingPoint, and a partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers. She was a founding partner of Guidehouse and led its Global Health business, building advisory, technology, and managed services for government, commercial, and nonprofit health organizations.
Leading Nordic
Nordic, based in Madison, Wisconsin, appointed her chief executive effective June 15, 2026. She leads its consultants as they install and support Epic, Oracle Health, and other records for hospitals and health systems.
