Alexander C. Candelario is founder, chief executive, and chairman of Intiva Health, the parent of the Incredable credentialing platform.
Force Recon and the Marine Corps
He served nearly 15 years in the Marine Corps, starting as an enlisted Force Recon Marine and later earning a commission as an officer, with multiple combat operations. He earned an accounting degree from Texas A&M University and a master's in finance from Harvard.
Forensic Accounting to Healthcare
He became a CPA-certified forensic accountant at Coopers & Lybrand, where his work ranged from manufacturing to healthcare management advisory services. That path led him to found a healthcare practice management company and then Intiva Health in Austin, Texas, which builds software for licensed medical professionals and the facilities that credential them.
Intiva Group and Napa Valley
Intiva Group now spans manufacturing, software, healthcare, and aviation, and is the parent of Incredable, Gummi World, and Nova Vita Wellness Centers. He also owns and manages Cimarron Vineyards in Napa, California.
