Adam McBride is co-founder and chief executive of Eden, a Greenwood Village, Colorado, telehealth company that connects adults with licensed clinicians who can prescribe GLP-1 medications for weight loss, along with coaching and fitness guidance.
Harvard and Capital One
He is a Harvard graduate and a former Capital One leader. For years he tried diets, calorie counting and long hours in the gym with little lasting result, while his two sons managed Type 1 diabetes.
Founding Eden in 2023
After consulting a doctor about GLP-1 medications, he lost nearly 60 pounds, and in 2023 he co-founded Eden with Josh Khan and Daniel Dietz. "I started Eden because I lived with the problem myself," he said in 2025. Eden works outside the insurance system, and its members pay directly for access to clinicians and treatment.
