Which fits which buyer

State the risk you are trying to remove.

Choose PreVeil if

  • You need encrypted file sharing next to email, with a business associate agreement.
  • You want end-to-end encryption that works alongside Outlook or Gmail.
  • Your IT partner also handles federal compliance work and values certified encryption.

Choose Trustifi if

  • Your main worry is staff sending patient data to the wrong place.
  • You want one-click encryption with outbound rules and read tracking.
  • A managed IT provider runs your email and wants one console for many clients.

Verdict

PreVeil scores higher overall and is the better pick when secure file exchange matters. Trustifi suits a clinic or managed IT provider that wants outbound rules and tracking more than a secure drive.

Large systems standardized on Microsoft Purview may not need either.
