Form Health vs Mochi Health
Updated October 16, 2026
Americans seeking medical weight care online often weigh Form Health against Mochi Health. Many treat them as two ways to get a weight-loss prescription, but Form Health runs a physician and dietitian program often billed to insurance or an employer, while Mochi sells a cash-pay membership with medication priced separately. How you plan to pay, and how much clinical contact you want, decides the fit faster than the drug list does.
Our analysts compared Form Health and Mochi Health on care model, insurance pathway, outcomes, product breadth, and pharmacy clarity, using the HIR review of each company and each vendor's public pricing pages. In the following sections, we compare them in one table, describe who each one fits, and list each company's recent dated changes.
